At My Community Physio and My Community OT, we understand that these conditions are complex and often require more than a one-size-fits-all approach. Our physiotherapists and occupational therapists work together to help you better understand your symptoms, build confidence in your body, and improve your ability to participate in the activities that matter most.
We work as a multidisciplinary team and will provide a hollistic and coordinated approach to your care.
Whether you've recently been diagnosed or have been living with symptoms for years, our team is here to support you with practical, evidence-informed care that is tailored to your goals.
